UFO No Connection Dewsbury

Had no connection since this morning 


Red los light on box


Contacted support but said nothing they can do due to specialist department and that department is closed due to covid


I understand the difficulties at present but I do work from home.


UFO support is unreachable


Can we get an update please

Same for me Los light keeps flashing red. Tried phoning and going onto chat support and there all saying not there department.

Very un-TalkTalk behavior.
