Hi We have just moved from Virgin to UFO, all good except I cannot connect my plugs/ lightbulbs through the Smart life app. It will only connect to 2G, I have logged into my WiFi and it is showing that we have both 5G and 2G. Can anyone give me any advice on why it will not connect and how to fix please?

Hi @Rozzy I'm sure all router's are the same, basically, I would suggest you should split the ssid by renaming one (the one least used by your devices) xyz5 orabbc2.
