Hi Since getting my new router I can no longer connect to my work VPN my IT company have checked it and it works fine out with my home. They have advised contacting TalkTalk. Help please?

Staff need you to complete your community forum profile details so that they can identify your account,  @SammyA.

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard; make sure you put in your landline phone number and a fallback mobile phone number; click finish to save.

Thanks for updating your Community Profile.

 

I've checked and your router (Sagemcom WiFi Hub) should work ok with VPN.

 

Are you connecting wired or wireless? If you are connecting wireless have you tried spitting the routers SSID's?

 

Split your router's SSID (wireless network name)
