Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard; make sure you put in your landline phone number and a fallback mobile phone number; click finish to save.

I've checked and your router (Sagemcom WiFi Hub) should work ok with VPN.
Are you connecting wired or wireless? If you are connecting wireless have you tried spitting the routers SSID's?
