Why has my signal been down for 6 weeks and why can't you tell me what's going on?

First Timer

I have now been without service for 6 weeks.

Every time I call the support team, there is nothing to be said other than "We haven't heard anything from the support team"

6 weeks and nothing has changed. Now when I ring up I just get told "We will send a communication" or "I will call you back".

I never get called back.

I feel I have been very patient with this and I understand things are difficult with lockdown but 6 weeks without service? And no information on why my line is down or when it will be fixed?

Please help for the love of god.
