Wi-Fi Hub set up yesterday - still amber blinking

Yesterday we had our Wi-Fi set up and in the manual it says ‘it might take a few minutes’ before the solid white light comes on. It’s been over 24 hours and still no white light. Is there anything I can do manually to set it up so we can have wifi?

Hi yes it is, in My Account it says I missed my engineer appointment but I didn't, he came and installed everything. The green PON light is blinking twice a second.
