So fibre nation dug all the streets around here during lockdown. Excited that last week the order page updated to accept orders for UFO. Applied, credit checked, got account number, new phone number, direct debit setup and installation date.
Then a call a few days later to say sorry your street isn't accepting orders yet. We've had to cancel your application.
So when is that likely to happen?
The UFO team didn't have the answer nor knew why the order system was open. And the order system is still open to take orders even now. Obviously I'm not going down that route again.
Do I wait a month and let you do a second credit check again. 3 months. 6 months?
