Account login stuck on loading page

Tried different browsers, different computers, on wifi and on 4G all the same, also tried clearing browser cache as some other posts recommend.

 

Can anyone please assist, went live on the 19th service seems ok other than unable to see account details.

It does get busy, and so you may need to try many times. 

 

Staff won't be back on here before Monday. 

 

Unfortunately, My Account does glitch a lot, which is particularly aggravating in these difficult times.

 

For staff to identify your account, please complete your community forum profile details. Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard; make sure you put in your Talktalk landline phone number and a fallback mobile phone number; click finish to save. 

 

Staff take a couple of days or so to reach new threads, so it could be midweek before you get a response  - hence my suggestion of trying Chat, if you need to check the details in your account any sooner.
