It does get busy, and so you may need to try many times.

Unfortunately, My Account does glitch a lot, which is particularly aggravating in these difficult times.
For staff to identify your account, please complete your community forum profile details. Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard; make sure you put in your Talktalk landline phone number and a fallback mobile phone number; click finish to save.
Staff take a couple of days or so to reach new threads, so it could be midweek before you get a response - hence my suggestion of trying Chat, if you need to check the details in your account any sooner.
