I can login to My Account but when trying to access my bills it defaults to a page with just a CoVid warning on it. Chat suggested I use Chrome to login. I do anyway and Im not sure which Browser I use should make any difference. Is the web page working or is it just like this permanently

Sorry that you are having problems
There is no specific browser that you are required to use, you can use any, however over the recent few months it appears that some browsers have updated their adblocking addons and this is causing the issue, So can you allow pop ups for My Account and if possible disable the adblocker for our site and try again.
