I've just been into the 'Control Your Bill' section of My Account and noticed that my monthly allowance for landline calls is set ridiculously high at £200 a month.
I've gone into the 'Change current monthly allowance' option to try and reduce it to a more sensible £20 level, but clicking on the 'Save changes' button after ticking the 'I understand that I won't be able to revert my monthly allowance to £200 etc' box does absolutely nothing?!
How do I change this?
Managed to change this now, looks like it only works during talktalk normal working hours.
