I purchased TalkTalk Faster Fibre through Broadband Choices on 20th October 2018.
I received an email on the day of purchase informing me that a £70 voucher code would be emailed to me within 90 days.
On 18th January 2019, 90 days after I received that email, I sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org regarding my voucher code. I have not received a reply. It has been 43 days since the email was sent.
Somebody please help me with this issue.
