I upgraded to Faster Broadband and received a "new" hub for which I was charged £30. This new hub was identical to the one I already had installed. I asked for and received a Returns bag
I returned the hub on 11th September (see Post Office receipt attached).
I further contacted TalkTalk a month later an acknowledgement letter
I phoned the number in that letter and was eventually told that I could expect the matter to be resolved within 7 days. That hasn't happened.
When can I expect my refund?
