I recently received an email to renew my contract at the current price of £23.50 a month over 18 months, but when I click the link to renew it is showing me £26 a month over 24 months with an additional £4.50 for a call boost I have never had over a period of 4 years with talktalk.
I'd normally use the live chat but it seems to be unavailable at the moment. Any help with this please?

You need to speak to the LOYALTY team to renew.

Any auto-renewals via email/ My Account appear to be setting up often unwanted extras.
Forum staff can check your deal once it's fixed up to see that it's been done correctly. They respond Monday to Friday.
