Unable to Cancel TalkTalk TV Boost as part of upgrade

Hi,

 

I'm looking to renew my TalkTalk broadband contact, but are unable to cancel the £4 a month TalkTalk TV boost that I don't use, on my account. It keeps saying that it's a downgrade on my package and will not let me continue or remove it.
