existing customer upgrade link not working

My contract has ended and I have been put on a high tariff. When clicking offers and upgrades I am offered 24 months for £27 which is fine. When I click upgrade it does not work.

I don't see an "Upgrade" button, I see "Re-contract now." Are you sure you are on the right page?
