How about being able to restore my landline is less than the 10 days it has taken so far? And it is also my recommendation that you don't cut me off when I try to progress chase because 'there is a bit of a wait'. Also how about setting up your call centres in places that are not subject to natural disasters - I personally feel very sorry for the poor folk in Manila who are suffering, but I am without a service and there is no one to talk to.
Before you canvass us to submit ideas for improvement, you should just try to provide a reliable service!!
