This morning I ordered a wi fi extender. The order was successful but I then received an email from Mail Delivery System connected with the supplier

 

This is the mail system at host antispam.netlynkdirect.com.
I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.
For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.
If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

I didn't send a message but presumably when I ordered the product something happened; is it my order?
How do I make an enquiry - surprise it's a premium rate phone number!
so who at Talk Talk is in charge of this scam and can I discuss their ineptitude with them?
