Bin the ads on the Community site....

Hi would be good or better if the ads where do like on other site on the page not as like slow pop ups which cause the pages on the site to load longer.

Why have them that way and why also are we able to hit a cross to get rid of them when loaded why have it when u can close them.

As even when the change it takes time to do it load the next one.

need looking at as not helping us users on the thead pages and on the site in normal.

Would be ok if they where on the page to the side but pop up on SLOW THE PAGE LOADING DOWN 

which is not helping people get the info from the site or get us to help people.

@hosay299 Thanks for the feedback. This is currently a trial at the moment, however if it's causing problems such as slow web pages then you could add an AD blocker to block these. Thanks

@OCE_Michelle if there was a way to video the way the ad`s pop up an upload it i would ads on site do not cause a issue like these do.

Why have them like a pop up why not on the right or left side like on normal sites

as u can click on them by mistake

Agreed. The ads have put me off coming back on this site. Had a quick look at the "New" webmail and first impression is it's no better than the old one. Trash says 7 items yet - I've deleted over a hundred emails from the inbox. Using "Empty Trash" does it a page at a time but still says 7 items remain?? Oh yes and TT have incorporated ads that appear at the top of the inbox looking to all intents and purposes like an email!! I've kept with TT as the price is right and as far as customer service is concerned they're no better or worse that the competition. Price wise Sky are becoming very competetive so contract renewal time might mean a move?

@rcon1 Thanks that is why we all should give clear feeback and make sure the oce now what it is like for use the users of the site and how it slows things down makes it more bad for a greate services and help from a nice lot of staff and other customers

IMO These ads are placed to catch stray clicks i've seen this type of implementation, an almost transparent "X" to close them (They always seem to be where your going to click and they load very strange), anyway why are there adverts on a paid service site? You expect them on google or yahoo but these are so called "FREE" sites but nothing is.

It's stated in the first reply that these ads are trialing - any idea when that's due to end ?  For a Support site, they're very irritating and detract from the purpose of the visit i.e. I've come here to check something linked directly to/with TalkTalk - not to be distracted by ads on each page change whilst here.
