One can get an extension with gmail to bounce back unwanted/spam emails marked as undeliverable. I would like to see this facility with talktalk mail

That's the point I was trying to make, but thank you Gondola.
What I was asking for was a method of enabling a recipient to send a spam message back so as to make the sender think that your message could not be received because it was undeliverable. It would be unreasonable to make that an automatic process for obvious reasons.
