Why not have the Community button on the talktalk.net page without having to press the help button?
The same applies whether you are logged in to your account or not.

Or rather the talktalk.co.uk page or whatever.
In the interim, have you considered setting-up your own 'Community Button' ddtalk, on the desktop - device permitting - or maybe you have already done that!
@ddtalk If you scroll to the bottom of the TalkTalk website then you should find the community link in the right hand footer. Is this what you are referring to?
Yes, that is pretty well hidden though.
There is no direct link to TalkTalk Community at the foot of the https://www.talktalk.co.uk page that I can see @ddtalk?
R is right. www.talktalk.co.uk is one of the few pages that doesn't have a Community link in the footer next to Twitter and Facebook.
Your right i didn't realise that. We're actually in the process of updating the headers on our other sites so link straight here, one has already been done, if you're in myaccount and click help from the header you'll find yourself here. We'll let you know once all the links have been updated.
I remain concerned however, that @ddtalk should state, Quote: 'Yes, that [link?] is pretty well hidden though.', especially having spent ages looking for it!
