I have a serious issue which needs resolving before I renew my contract. 

I have an email dated 3/11/2020 offering to renew the contract for 18 months at £23.50 per month. 

However if I follow the link and log into my account the offer I get is 24 months at £26.00 per month. 

I’m happy to accept the £23.50 but not the £26.00

A bite of info of Forum:
