The three pin electric power plug supplied to UK looks as if it won't fit. In fact the earth pin pushes up into correct position.
It would be useful if this was included in the instructions. Instead, some customers are obliged to be on the phone to TalkTalk for a very long time to attempt to have a useful answer from staff who could be dealing with other customers.
Until the printing can be within the packaging, this info could be with the welcome letter, also inform the phone operators and tech staff.
