I really need to contact Talktalk reference my service, my contract and my TV. I am however unable to use the customer service telephone line, because I am profoundly deaf, Yes I have hearing aids but the sound is not clear, even if you spoke in clear queens english and didn't have a accent or dialect it would still be difficult for me. and I know there are other customers in the same position, I fear I may have to change suppliers which I didn't really want to do. So come on TalkTalk a email contact can't be too bigger ask. can it?
