Can we have a publised email address for customers service so we don't have to que waiting for someone to answer the phone.

hi @IanOulton the team on here are always able to help or get something sorted they will not let u down as they like to get to the bottom of it.
if u did email c/s it would be same reply as u get on phone or chat.
and at the end of it they would have to ask u to call for security reasons.
that why the do not have a displayed email address
