Fibre 150 availability

Can anyone explain to me why talk talk cannot offer me fibre 150 yet. 
Openreach website said FFTH was available around 6 months ago. 
4 months ago BT offered me 150,300 and 900. 
And a week ago I received a letter from sky asking if I wanted fibre 150. 
Everything is in place. I feel so disappointed to be stuck in a talk talk contract when it’s competitors can offer me so much more speed. Anyone else have a similar issue or been through it ??

@Kevin147 may depend on how the service gets released to other isp 

if u post in the broadband side the staff might be able to help answer ur issue
