Its simple really. Don't overcharge me. Don't make me regret contacting Talk Talk about problems as it always ends up causing more problems. When I cancel an engineers vist don't charge me for it.

Well funny enough I cancelled in plenty of time which Talk Talk acknowledged when I rang up. This however wasted 25 minutes of my time.
And another thing, when I ring to question a bill trying to flog me (allegedly) faster broadband is also not good customer service.
