When offering new customer cashback incentives like the one offered on TopCashBack - ensure the cashback tracks and do not withhold the tracking info for 28 days (TopCashBack state you do this).   Bad practice and shows a lack of trust between business and customer.  Never offer a customer a deal your not prepared to honour.  New Customer since 6th October - 3 weeks later Cashback not tracked.

@Kappes1974 they give u a time frame and after the time frame like then u can chase with the isp on the cashback as 3 party in volved so can not see how talktalk mange it fully
