Here is an idea. It would be a fantastic idea if TalkTalk could provide the internet speed it promises and not 1Mbps, where moving simple e-mails (no attachment) from one folder to another takes minutes.

Another idea would be to provide a router that maintains the 10Mbps signal coming from the ADSL line and does not reduce it to 1Mbps.

@afk64 hi if u would like the staff to help and get the speed sorted then please post in ur own topic in the broadband side here

please post in the correct broadband side that u have if u have normal broadband u post in there if u have fibre broadband u post in that one

see Help with your TalkTalk service - TalkTalk Community

it will tell u in ur account on the my account page if u do not know which

as we other customers can help but the staff will take on and help get the issue sorted out but this site is not monitored 24 hrs a day so can take a day or 2 to get a reply.

i see u posted about a reply on someone else topic back in may if u can do ur own topic like said above then we and staff can help u out as they find it better to help people in their own topic helps keep it clear on what help u have had.

A bite of info of Forum:
The forum is not real-time 24/7 support, so depending on how busy they are & how many are working at any one time,(excluding weekends & limited cover on Bank Holidays).  The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first. So the fewer entries you make on your thread now, the sooner they will pick it up.

To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, broadband phone number & if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture then click on "My Settings" followed by:- Personal Profile > Personal Information

Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.

please do not post any personal info on here as full public
