please allow a reporting system that works

i have no idea where to report this. Gave up holding ( hours on line) chat not working

@Annoyed61 sorry u had issue reportiong a fault can i ask does ur phone line work or not as u can use chat Chat with the team see


also if u have not already post it in the home phone side of the HELP side and the staff can pick it up in a few days


it can take longer to get sorted on here depends on the issue and the things that have to be done before raising it with the correct team

posting in others to get help will just slow there issue down


welcome to the tt. The site can seem complicated but it is a well mannered help area by some great staff they just need more staff at times. to manage the high level or post 


A bite of info of Forum:
The forum is not real-time 24/7 support, so depending on how busy they are & how many are working at any one time,(excluding weekends & limited cover on Bank Holidays).  The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first. So the fewer entries you make on your thread now, the sooner they will pick it up.

To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, broadband phone number & if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture then click on "My Settings" followed by:- Personal Profile > Personal Information

Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.
