Looking after current customers

Is it me or are others finding it impossible to talk with TalkTalk?   No option to talk on the phone. no chat available.   My contract is coming to an end and it's not clear what the renewal deal is and I cannot speak to anyone.

It always pays to familiarise yourself with the site before posting. Many customers have successfully renewed their contracts and details are widely available. Call 0345 172 0046 between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday to Friday and when prompted why you are calling simply state "loyalty team."

The people on this phone line are only script readers and can certainly fix common problems, when it comes down to something different they have no idea and good strong knowledge or help. Me: a new customer 20th of this month, on go live the hub didn’t power up I diagnosed the problem with no voltage from the power adapter. Now five calls later they are finally grasping the situation and sending a kit out. Fingers crossed. Great people to deal with but no common sense support. The problem I had was just common sense but sense is not common. Come on guys one step more would make TalkTalk a great company. You only know how good a company is when you have a problem.

Hi long time customer of talk talk just renewed contract and broadband now very unstable , last 2 nights been going down, no hope of contacting talk talk
