Loyalty TV box replacement tell trialists when to expect delivery!

Status: Not Right Now

Please let trialists know the progress of items that are being done for them. I had an email informing me to complete a survey and a new TV box would be sent (my existing one is an original box). Completed the survey then nothing, no idea when it will come, but can't wait to trial it. So please keep us informed and not just left hanging.

Hi @Laidback Please if u need help on the trial side please email the team direly with ur issue or feedback as Lynne and the team will act on it where need as they do not check on here that often
