Our router died and we cant get it back on, even after trying out another identical power lead.
Please help as we have had no internet for almost a week now

Go to the start of the relevant message board under "Help with your Talktalk service" and click "start a topic" from there.
Don't simply add your query to another customer's help thread. This can have the effect of pushing the thread back in the workflow, which is not going to be helpful for the original poster.
Staff will then reply Monday to Friday.
