Customer service phone number should be easily accessible on front page of website.
I have been charged for phoning the only no. I could find through google and then I was kept on the phone for 30 minutes in order to renew my contract. The website account page still tells me that my contract needs to be renewed even though I have an email saying it has been renewed for 18 months.
I have spent an hour on the phone to two staff one told me to ring back to billing and then that lady told me that they could not look at the website to tell me where to find the phone no!
