How about providing a customer services phone number?

How can I report a problem with my landline? Been without for nearly a week now. No way to contact TalkTalk, no customer services phone number, "chat" doesn't seem to work. Priority customer on medical grounds.
@FIH58 u can call the number online also does ur broadband still work fine or u have no service at all??
u can post in the home phone side on here and staff will pick it up in a few days
have u tried the service centre as that should pick up issue
have u tried pluging ur phone into the master socket behind some sockets faceplate is a test socket??
