Service center needs fixing

Why is it so difficult to find the online chat?

What is wrong with the service center tests and speed check?

Last night I turned off my NAS server and disabled all WiFi connected devices.  This morning the only thing connected to my router is a hard wired desktop yet the service center is showing that I still have 9 connected devices.  I recognize them all as being mine so my router has not been hijacked.

"There is a problem with speed to your router,"

 If it is the case that the incoming speed is slow then nothing I do can fix it is there?

And another thing, why is the problem solver such a waste of time?

option 1 "I have no internet connection" HELLO? what am I using right now?

option 2 "I cannot access certain web sites"

Where is option 3?   I am not getting the speed that I am paying for!

@Cauliflower please post in the help side where u need help if broadband then post in the correct side for which one u have

A bite of info of Forum:
The forum is not real-time 24/7 support, so depending on how busy they are & how many are working at any one time,(excluding weekends & limited cover on Bank Holidays).  The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first. So the fewer entries you make on your thread now, the sooner they will pick it up.

To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, broadband phone number & if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture then click on "My Settings" followed by:- Personal Profile > Personal Information

Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.
