This has been my wasted day.
(And yes this is the report I posted on TrustPilot)
Never use an internet provider call talk talk
they have the talk but they don't have the walk.
Supposed to be here between eight and one
with a promise not to be here long, and soon be done.
They were to be the new broadband provider
i might as well employed a water diviner.
Waited all morning and afternoon
I rang the provider and spoke to a baffooon.
Told her I was still waiting for the engineer,
"please hold sir while I check, be of good cheer".
After a while, she got back to me to say,
that she couldn't help as the service wasn't yet in play.
So I began again to explain I had waited all day,
and the engineer had gone astray.
Sorry can't help you, you need the service department
that's in a separate compartment.
Please hold and I will put you through
as I listen to green sleeves what else can you do.
I explained once again what my problem was
she said she would have a quick word with the boss.
The answer from them was no contact was made
with the engineer or his aide,
they would check the logs when the vans returned
to find out why my installation was spurned.
We will rebook the appointment what do you say
to waiting and wasting another day,
and if you have time would you be a sport
go to TrustPilot and leave a good report.
Wasted all day and I earned no pay
and nobody's told me a time or a day
when they can supply and internet service
only that there terrible sorry for the disservice.
