TalkTalk to be more respectful to its customers, especially in this emergency lockdown Covid-19 Plandemic.
TalkTalk has been taking advantage of this situation and adding extra out of Contract charges to all its customers. Knowing that its customers have no proper means of comeback and are unable to contact TalkTalk's no existent Public Relations, in order, to stop this active the computer says no! Fraud. TalkTalk are able to help themselves to their customers banks accounts, but is not just TalkTalk. That are all at it.
We are halfway through a £23.50 a month Talk and Phone deal. We unplugged the the phone part of the Contract 6 months ago and yet are still receiving out off Contract charges for a phone that was unplugged. That is apart from the issue that TalkTalk gives it customers £19.00 credit for that aspect. Surely TalkTalk can see we are not using the phone aspect of our Contract and are adding charges anyway, because they have the Law (Corpus Jurus) on their side.
TalkTalk is causing all its customers undue extra, stress with these fraudulent charges to all its Customes.
TalkTalk needs to be more aware as to the Rights of its Customes and stop this computer says no fraud, arrangements that have with the Customes Personal Bank Accounts.
