@Techiedude Thanks for the suggestion. As far as I'm aware there is no requirement for our Tech support team to use this and I can't think of a specific reason why they would need this.
I would rather my talktalk customer service have no access to command prompt, no customer service agent should be able to run commands and execute commands via commandline/terminal. This would give them extreme power over a system, over and above their daily duties, and could represent a security risk. What if the agent begins launching commands to counter group policy etc?
Generally, they should be on a limited user account (non-admin) with limited internet access, and a hardened / locked down system, with access to their CS application.
