There is a fault with my telephone line; email, internet, TV etc all ok. I cannot make or receive calls. Outgoing - no dial tone. Incoming, telephone rings but then just heavy static. Same with a replacement handset. BTW, I tried ringing landline from my mobile - l/l phone rings but does not connect, just heavy static - mobile rings out but continues ringing when l/l receiver lifted. Fault reported to automated TT number who ran tests saying internet OK! Problem is with the phone line. Done all checks ok. How do I now escalate, email is no reply, SMS is no reply, chat not operating? Automated service said it would divert calls to my mobile - it didn't. How can I use Divert boost if landline inoperative? Why can I not setup and switch on from MyAccount?
