I agreed a new contract with talk Talk by phone on 20th July which was subsequently confirmed by letter of the same date.
My next bill does not take note of that agreement.
I then queried the bill asking that it be corrected and all I get back is a revised route to view my unchanged bill.
I am still awaiting for a constructive response to my request and subsequent correction of the bill.
I hope this idea will elicit some constructive response.
