@Fluffy73 think u will fine the box is a youveiw so belongs to them just has talktalk software and logo on it as if u check bt have the same box.

 

see more info on their site so u would have to take it up with them not talktalk.

 

see there site here

 

have a read of the t&c`s on the box setting page will explain more and prove it there if u need help just post in the tv side and someone will help the team are good on here
