You know I have a fault, I have ran loads of speedtests yet you are still saying my line speed is 43Mb
you know this is untrue,
it actually says you ran a test today and this is my measured speed
I don't take kindly to being lied to
Also you said when I reported this fault it would be sorted in 2 or 3 days but you already knew of this fault from other customers
Why am I paying line rental when I don't have a working line?
Why am I paying for after fibre when I have 7Mb of speed
and why are you not updating me.
