Like in the screenshot from the accounts page below. I'm pretty sure the website is still suffering from issues where first time visitors who don't have all the content cached or cookies present at the time of their visit get a poor experience. (Chrome in this case) , may want to get some checks done to verify clearing browser history entirely still gives the website experience desired. Basically I noticed things were not perfect when the login hung on me, then decided something had timed out in authentication, when the auth was in fact correct. As for the broken buttons shown, yeah, that's a definite bug I imagine. Thanks in advance.

As a new customer I need help if things go wrong. Today I was suppose to go live and according to TalkTalk I have but no router delivered despite Yodel saying it was well not to me. Now I have no service no phone no internet and no way to resolve. TalkTalk unfortunately need to stop blaming Covid19 and do the job. Customers need service and help and with this loss of service shows why I should have stayed with PlusNet even if it was going to cost me more and as it has alraedy cost me to change I am not happy with TalkTalk and complaint about to hit Ofcom. TalkTalk get your act together make help easier to access especially in first 14 days

Hi TalkTalk, Im suggesting that you offer movies for a cheap rate of £5 a month eg movie channels sky, due to lockdowns n xmas approaching!The movies are too expensive for a month only. Introduce TalkTalk movie night for free on sky movies on the weekends.

Since call safe was added to TT Arsenal - I have found it useful but it is clearly lacking one important option - "Remove Number" At the moment - once added - you cannot remove a number from either the safe list or blocked lists - so if you want to change the status of a number - this is impossible..........

I use a password manager for large passwords. Today I've had to reset my password to something simple becuase the 'Reset Password' functionality doesnt recognise when I have pasted a password in from my password manager. This also applies to changing passwords inside of the account pages. You add functionality to stop pasting of passwords. Why would you expect customers to type in their passwords manually? What if they're doing this with mobile phone and trying to make sure they get every character right when you don't allow a 'visibility' button? I suspect something has happened in the past to cause this (not looking to far into the pas though). So I think you should review this and allow people to use password managers and pasting into password fields so that we can use more passwords and therefore increase security. Theres another idea already out there and I think that you should use 2 factor authentication to secure accounts.

I have just discovered that the number of my house shown for my address is incorrect. It is actually a number followed by a letter but only the number is shown. I am unable to edit this and only discovered this when a new TV box was incorrectly delivered to my next door neighbour. I am reluctant to say that I am moving home in order to correct this and cannot see an easy way to email to request this. The comment about staff working from home puts me off trying to get it changed by phone!

Customer service phone number should be easily accessible on front page of website. I have been charged for phoning the only no. I could find through google and then I was kept on the phone for 30 minutes in order to renew my contract. The website account page still tells me that my contract needs to be renewed even though I have an email saying it has been renewed for 18 months. I have spent an hour on the phone to two staff one told me to ring back to billing and then that lady told me that they could not look at the website to tell me where to find the phone no!

The three pin electric power plug supplied to UK looks as if it won't fit. In fact the earth pin pushes up into correct position. It would be useful if this was included in the instructions. Instead, some customers are obliged to be on the phone to TalkTalk for a very long time to attempt to have a useful answer from staff who could be dealing with other customers. Until the printing can be within the packaging, this info could be with the welcome letter, also inform the phone operators and tech staff.

It would be a good idea to provide a number or email address so customers can actually contact you. Your website says you are focusing on the most vulnerable people... But nobody can contact you. Even your chat section says its open 365 days 24 hours.... But its closed right now. I don't think covid is a good enough excuse to be completely closed. Technology firms should be leading this disaster.... Equal to an emergency service. You've missed an opportunity. I would also suggest changing your company name to don't talk don't talk.

My i suggest that the service check area that we use when checking services reflects the following. The line check gives no detail of what error it has found. Can you fix this. Also the part that checks the router. This gives false readings. Give the user a chance to update details when a router is changed . At the moment it can say a router firmware is up to date when in fact it is not. This prevents the connected router been diagnosed and updated
