I really need to contact Talktalk reference my service, my contract and my TV.  I am however unable to use the customer service telephone line, because I am profoundly deaf, Yes I have hearing aids but the sound is not clear, even if you spoke in clear queens english and didn't have a accent or dialect it would still be difficult for me. and I know there are other customers in the same position, I fear I may have to change suppliers which I didn't really want to do. Hi, I have always had Sky Sports as a boost through Talk Talk TV, but have now had an offer through from Now TV, which I subscribe to, saying i can have Sky Sports for £25 per month. Hi, I was surprised to find that dplay (the online on-demand service for Quest, Food Channel etc.) is not currently available on TalkTalk’s ‘apps & players’: Although it is free to watch online: https://www.dplay.co.uk/ I just wondered if there were possibly any plans to incorporate it any time soon or if this may be considered? As a packaged boost cannot be suitable for everyone, how about allowing individual channels to be added at let's say £1 a month for each? Obviously Sky Sports or Sky Movies as premium channels would not be included. ... View more

I have cancelled Sky mainly for cost reasons and paying for channels that I rarely if ever use. Most everything I need is available on freeview and freesat. Being a talktalk fibre customer I am considering talktalk TV as the plus box allows recording. The only thing putting me off is the entertainment boost.  Although there are channels in it that I would probably use there is also a good many that would never be used, eg the plethora of MTV. How nice would it be if one could build one's own boost, perhaps with the basic with the odd one added? The option also of individual Discovery channels would be nice.   ... View more

Hi  Your STB is a small computer device so here are a couple of suggestions.   > Why not remove the hdd from your PLus box and offer cloud based storage for all of your customers recordings, Free upto 500Gb anything above that charge as a service?   >The STB runs on Linux and already has x2 USB ports, why not introduce "peripheral devices" (keyboard, mouse, webcam)   > Offer the opportunity to EU to install apps or to be able to select amonst popular apps like messanger, facebook, twitter?    > Maybe introduce a TT app store for your clients where they can "buy" these apps from your store?   Just a few thoughts.    Thanks   ... Could we have larger 'tiles' in the TT Player (perhaps 4 per row?) on a vertical scroll? The "just added", "recently trending" and "leaving soon" all contain the same programmes so they are pointless. Instead you could put a small symbol in the cornee of the tile (such as a clock) to indicate the programme ia leaving soon.    Thanks   ... View more

Hi, Would it be possible to have a download link in MyAccount, under Support, for the TalkTalk TV User Guide?  Many customers find having something they can refer to at hand useful - the paper version used to be included in all STB packs but is no longer available.   It would be very helpful to engineers as well if we were able to point customers to this user guide and they could download a PDF file to their device. I might have mentioned these 2 already sorry. Love the box. Love the software - just want these 2 back. I record everythying so I'm always getting "clashes" - previous software told me when it was on again and offered it up for selection. The app knows when things are on again how come the box software doesn't? Also - a warning for Mrs L that she hasn't chosen HD channel when it's available - not that it bothers her as she reckons there's no difference!!!! Hi, I'm wondering why the red button option is not available on Sky Sports? We pay for Sky Sports so we should get everything included with it, we are missing out on football etc due to not been able to access the red button. I've seen a few people have mentioned this on here and still nothing has been done. If it isn't available soon then I will be switching to Sky or Virgin.  I'm not prepared to pay for a limited service. ... View more
