Openreach have now completed the ducted FTTP installation in my 'newish' housing development and accepting orders for up to 300Mbps services. There are seven operators you can order from including BT & Zen, but not TalkTalk. Please c an TalkTalk look at offering their services over this infrastructure like they do for FTTC?

If a customer takes the trouble to raise an issue via the "abuse report" mechanism would it not be a good idea for a member of TT's staff (OCE or even StephenF) to at least acknowledge that they are aware of the abuse report and where appropriate the outcome. At the moment it would appear that abuse reports are simply ignored (or even made fun of by certain CSs) - which of course adds to the frustration and means that genuine customer concerns are being dismissed without any investigation.

It would be great if a 'Help with your My TalkTalk App' section was added to the 'Help with your service' section on the TalkTalk Community. It would be easier to post issues or get some help with the app (etc.). Thanks.

I am just backing up my applications folder to my NAS, when i used my good old Cisco WAG320 (talktalk refuse to support this router when i had a fault so i am unable to continue using it) it took no time at all, windows tells me that with your "super router" i still have another 7 hours 30 minutes to wait. Can you tell me if you have any plans to relese future routers with gigabit ports? Regards Stuart

I don't think they are actually avatars as such, but the big round grey thing that appears by some posters' names and subject headings is obscuring most of what needs to be read at the top of each message on my smartphone (old Samsung Galaxy had recent trouble with this and its cheap Alcatel replacement that I had to buy is exactly the same with this problem). Fine for normal avatars. It's only a problem that I've noticed over the past month, but is rather a nuisance. Could these big grey ones be made the same size as the others so that they can stop getting in the way? Thanks!

I'd like to suggest a Community Chat forum. Virgin Media call it Community Natter. Chat about what's happening in Community, in TalkTalk or general off-topic chat not covered in other places. It may channel some of the 'commentary' about Community or TalkTalk or Ofcom away from the more targeted Help with your Service forums.
