£100 Amazon voucher

I signed a new contract around 17th November and was told I'd get a £100 Amazon voucher within 90 days. I've heard nothing ( and have checked my spam folder). Can you help?

Giftcloud voucher not received

I signed up to TalkTalk back in September 2024 and received a Giftcloud email confirming I’ll be receiving a Giftcloud voucher email after 120 days - this has passed and I haven’t received a voucher or any update. Any suggestions? thanks
