Your transaction history

Transaction history allows you to see details of real-time transactions on your account without having to wait for your next bill to arrive. To view your last 12 months transactional history please follow the below steps:

  1. Log into My Account to view your transaction history
  2. Select Bills & Payments from the navigation menu
  3. Select My Bills from the dropdown menu
  4. Select the Previous tab 

You'll be able to see:

  • Your payment history
  • Instant credits and adjustments 
  • A history of your bill charges

If you have more than 10 transactions you can view them by using the navigation arrows at the bottom of the Payment History box.
