@lordxlordx, it seems that UW has to find you their best match for the service you were on with Talktalk. It's clear from their website that it's not usual for them to provide FF 150.   They will be familiar with the need for the correct router for your G Fast service, as part of the point of the whole switch over is that they are taking on that particular service from Talktalk.    Forum staff will not be able to sort this out for you. @porina the "changes pending" sort of notice is "normal for Talktalk" when leaving. The notice about Full Fibre being live does seem weird, unless they are just reiterating that you've not yet been cut off!   Good to have posted your feedback because "the world according to Talktalk" can take some fathoming. If you currently have a Broadband service with Talktalk, you shouldn't subscribe to Everymail, even if you receive a notice that appears to come from them.    If you have a legacy email address, it must be attached to your current service  - staff can complete a webform for this but won't be back on here before Monday.    Ensure that your community forum profile details are completed and add your email address(es) in Private Notes.    Go via your avatar; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.      ... It only affects customers on a G.
