Are you coming to the end your minimum term contract?   

 

You can see the end of contract date in My Account, if its the case, call our loyalty team on 03451720088.

Look at the detailed bill in My Account, @550172.

 

If it's more than you expected, have you recently come out of contract (or pending) this month? Any discounted boosts expired so now full price?

I think you're going to have to give a few more details than that.

 

What aspect of the bill has increased? eg. is it the main broadband package price or the price of any extra boosts etc?

Has your contract period just recently expired or (expiring within the next month since TalkTalk bill a month in advance)?

Do you have any boosts that had a discount period which is now expiring?
