When I log into my account, all I see is blank pages?

Is there a problem at Talktalk?

Apologies, ive just been made aware its an issue effecting all customers, for updates check our service status board Service Status | TalkTalk Help & Support under the websites icon.

I logged in at 9am and used the chat. Agent said there is a issue and they are working on fixing it?

Yes i tried 2 different browsers and 2 different devices.

There are no reported outages. 

When was the last time you logged in? 

Have you tried a different browser?
